ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949 Certified

Following our customers' specs and drawings to the smallest detail is the driving force behind all precision CNC machining and manufacturing done at Sunbright Enterprise Company, our manufacturing affiliate in Shenzhen, China. An ISO-certified company since 2004, Sunbright is currently certified to IS0 9001:2008 through 11 Mar 2013. Sunbright Shenzhen recently became certified to ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard, also good through 11 March 2013.

Newly revised Quality Manual

The recently revised factory Quality Manual contains over 40 process and procedure documents that describe major activities such as procurement, human resources, production planning, quality control and manufacturing.

QA Equipment

To confirm its commitment to high quality and continuous improvement, Sunbright makes sure that the best equipment is available to the QA staff. Our focus on precision CNC machining is seen in the purchase of two Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and 8 trained staffers to program and operate them. Also available is a Mitutoyo Contour Machine and a Micro Vu Excel 652 HC Vision Machine. A full complement of additional measuring machines and gages is also available to inspectors in all manufacturing areas of the company.
