Sunbright Adds Equipment

Teem Tang, President of Sunbright Enterprise Company, Shenzhen, China, announced the purchase and installation of several new machines.

1. Robotic welding cell (consisting of (1) OTC Daihen robot AII V6, (1) DA-300P TIG power source, (1) DM-350 MIG power source).
2. Excel 652 HC automatic measuring center (optical) by Micro-Vu (USA).  CNC control, high speed and high precision, X-Y-Z travel -- 650mm x 650mm x 250mm, SPC and reverse engineering function, 20-370X magnification.
3. Waterjet PRO 4020b abrasive waterjet cutting system with a 2000mm (78in.) x 4000mm (157in.) table, CNC control and +/- .1mm (.004in.) accuracy.
4. Automatic saw cutting machine, GX-375NC by Fu Hue (China).  Servo motor control, up to 60mm round bar stock or 75mm tubing.
5. Vapor degreaser, MUO-3006R, Made in China.  3 tanks, each 195mm x 275mm x 320mm.
6. Dust collector, PPC-60 by Amano (Japanese company operating in China).  Collects dust, filters air for polishing room.
7. Floor Cleaner, FE-430 by Amano.  Automatic floor scrubber, cleaner for factory floor. 
8. Production Line.  40 feet long, powered conveyor.  Made in China. 
9. Open type, single point precision 25T punch press.  By Degao (China).  A Taiwan/China joint venture machine.
