Inspection Equipment
When the IMS "Impact" CMM was bought, it was the only CMM available with Chinese language programming. Since then, the Mitutoyo contour measuring machine and the Zeiss Contura G-2 have been added. An EXCEL 652 HC automatic optical meaduring center was installed in 2010. The main quality equipment is housed in an air conditioned quality lab. Training of operators is complete and there are back up personnel available for key equipment. The quality manual details procedures and maintenance that are carefully followed to assure correct operation.
