Manufacturing.

Sunbright Enterprise Company in Shenzhen, China has experience in several types of metalworking and metal finishing but the heart and soul of our manufacturing is our precision CNC machining. With over 70 multi-axis machining centers we can mill and turn a wide variety of parts in steel, aluminu m plastic and brass. Our 26 CNC lathes include 11 swiss-type machines used specifically for small diameter work ranging in size from 1/8" to 1" in diameter. The other 15 CNC lathes can turn parts from 1/2" to 16" diameter and include machines with multi-axis milling capability.

In addition to machining, our 13 mechanical presses (20-40 tons capacity) and 2 hydraulic presses (150-200 tons capacity) can produce stamped and drawn parts in various metals and plastics. Our presses are also used for assembling self-clinching fasteners and for doing press-fit assembly work. In support of our stamping department is an in-house tool and die making shop which includes EDM wirecutting and EDM hole drilling machines.

Complementing our stamping and machining operations are a number of finishing and assembly capabilities. We have in-house bead blasting, tumble deburring, passivating, bright dipping and polishing. We contract with suppliers near the plant in Shenzhen for plating, heat treating, anodizing, ecoat painting and powder spray painting. We also assemble parts using MIG welding, TIG welding and torch brazing.

Last, but not least, we package parts very carefully for the trip from Shenzhen to Cleveland. Virtually all parts are sealed in plastic bags and placed in cartons. Parts where cleanliness is critical are placed in vacuum-formed plastic trays and then sealed in plastic bags and cartons. We do everything possible to make sure your parts arrive in perfect condition and exactly on time.
