An especially useful service that we provide to our customers is inventory management. One of the disadvantages of doing business with suppliers in China is the extra lead time required for transportation, procurement and manufacturing. Sunbright USA works closely with our customers and with Sunbright Enterprise Company in Shenzhen to develop stocking programs that can cut lead time almost to zero while keeping costs as low as possible. We currently have programs in place that provide weekly deliveries to keep our customers' inventories low. We stock hundreds of thousands of parts so that our customers don't have to. Depending on the distance to a customer's plant, we can do next day delivery or even same day delivery in an emergency. We also provide drop shipping and vendor managed inventory (VMI) services. In addition to supplying high-quality CNC machined parts and fully tested assemblies, we can reduce your inventory costs and deliver your parts on time.
