Engineering.

An engineering staff of 8 engineers and a number of die designers, die makers and manufacturing technicians provide support to the shop floor manufacturing activities. This group works closely with the QA department to make sure that die and tooling tryouts produce parts that are exactly to the print. In addition, the engineers and technicians design procedures and materials for packaging and loading so that all products reach the Sunbright USA warehouse in perfect condition. Engineering personnel in both China and the US work together to make sure that a customer's drawing is followed correctly and that the most cost effective manufacturing process is used.
