One of the most important capabilities at the Sunbright factory in Shenzhen is the strong commitment to making your parts correctly on each and every order. We have over 40 people in our QA department working under a quality system that is certified to ISO/TS16949:2009 to ensure that the highest possible level of quality is maintained.

Our manufacturing operations include precision CNC machining, stamping, finishing and assembly. The 70+ machining centers in our factory enable us to make a wide range of products including those that require 4 and 5 axis CNC milling and CNC turning. Fifteen stamping presses and our in-house die making shop give us the ability to stamp and fabricate parts from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper and other metals. Our finishing and secondary operations including bead blasting, polishing, welding, brazing, assembly and packaging make it possible to provide a complete part ready for your assembly operation or distribution center.

An in-house engineering group provides tooling and manufacturing process design services at the factory. Additional engineering support is available as needed through Sunbright USA.

Procurement of the correct materials and components is handled by purchasing professionals in both Shenzhen and Cleveland. Many materials are available in China, but AMS and military spec items may be sourced in the US and shipped to the factory.

Having our own offices and warehouses at Sunbright USA in Cleveland, Ohio make it possible for us to provide almost any form of inventory management service that you might need. We maintain a stock of over 1,000,000 parts so that our customers don't have to wait 5 or more weeks for delivery.

All customer service and sales activities are handled by Sunbright USA including billing in US dollars. We can provide up to the minute information about the status of your orders and shipments.
